Die Bilder werden von Miriam Castle-Weiss oder einer ihrer Auftraggeber:innen aufgenommen, ausgewählt und verarbeitet. Über das Portal Pictrs wird die Anmeldung sowie der Verkauf der Bilder abgewickelt. Die gekauften Prints werden über Pixelfotoexpress entwickelt.

Zur Überprüfung, ob alle Kinder angemeldet sind, werden die Namen der Kinder mit ihren Gruppen ausschließlich an die Kita Mitarbeiter:innen übermittelt. 

Zur namentlichen Zuordnung oder zur Überprüfung der Gruppencollagen dürfen einzelne Bilder an die Kita-Mitarbeiter:innen geschickt werden.
